Free estimations from photos and where necessary site visits!

Offered if your work is non urgent in nature (i.e. no specific deadline for the survey and quotation to be completed) allowing greenserve to incorporate the visit into exiting visit schedules. Many quotes can be compiled free of charge from photos with simple projects such as tap replacement – i.e. photo supplied showing the type of tap mixer/kitchen/bathroom/sink etc.

if a survey visit is required to compile an accurate quotation, we are prepared to attend free of charge.

Site survey/quote visit do not involve any diagnosis, investigation, trace or use of tools or manual labour. This specific service is designed to provide a quotation for ‘existing/known works’ e.g. ‘I need a quote to replace my radiator’ quotation provided as this meet with the quotation criteria. ‘Please can I have a quote to repair my boiler’ this does not meet with the criteria and a quotation cannot be provided as the fault is unknown.

No Abortive Fees

No more abortive of cancelled visit charges to Landlords or Managing Agents.

We do recognise that in the vast majority of cases abortive visits are not the fault of the Landlord or Managing Agent, they tend to be an issue between greenserve and the resident/tenants. Therefore, with immediate effect greenserve will not seek recompense for an abortive visit from the Landlord or Managing Agent. We have improved our internal procedures by requesting email addresses and contact numbers (at the point of booking) so we can confirm the appointment and manage appointment reminders directly with the residents/tenants. We will closely monitor abortive visits related to key collection to see if any patterns emerge and give constructive feedback if it helps to minimise the financial impact.

1st Hour Refundable
1st Hour Refundable

If greenserve are authorised to proceed with a further works quotation then the 1st hour on site is fully refundable.

Simply discard the original invoice and issue instructions for greenserve to proceed and we will send you a single/final invoice on completion. Please inform the Landlord of this cost saving benefit.

We do understand that working like this may not benefit all of our clients therefore, we will only operate in this way if clients specifically request it in advance.

Impartial Dispute Resolutions

3rd Party Impartial Dispute Resolutions Ombudsman

After greenserve have been given the opportunity to resolve a query/complaint and a resolution has not been achieved you have the right to refer your query/complaint to the Dispute Resolutions Ombudsmen. The Ombudsman is neither a consumer champion nor a trade body. Their responsibility is to ensure balance allowing both parties to reach a fair and reasonable outcome. This service is free to customers of greenserve Ltd.
